Basic Network and Server Maintenance Checklist Template

I'm trying to put together a checklist for network and Win servers
maintenance. Basically something to generate some paperwork to keep
management happy. Does anyone know of a decent template that I could use?
I've already got some lists put together based on what we currently do with
the servers.

thanks for the reply but i dont have a membership to see all the examples.

John, if you already have compiled something just keep working on it and you
will get what you need. One has to remember that you are not paid to be
perfect but to do your best. As for the list at www.eventid.net, if you can
save 1 hour on the research for this then the membership is worth it. Some
senior IT guys worked lots of hours to compile that list of maintenance
tasks and put in the form that it is now.
