Please help me in detail
Is the client using the Domain Controller's IP address only for DNS?
Also, try netdiag /fix on the DC.
If this doesn't help post the following.
Run netdiag /test:dns /v from the DC and post the results.
Also post the ipconfig /all from the DC, the AD domain name from ADU&C and
the names of the forward lookup zones in DNS.

Is this a brand new domain, or is this a new DC in an existing one?

Dynamic DNS should do this for you - you should not manually add this.
Remove it.

This can occur due to DNS misconfiguration. All servers and workstations
should specify *only* the internal AD-integrated DNS server's IP address in
their network settings. The AD-integrated DNS server should be set up with
forwarders to your ISP's DNS servers for external resolution and/or use root
hints. Do not use external DNS IPs anywhere on your network except in the
forwarder properties in the DNS server itself.
