For the first time, I experienced the errors pasted below on one of the my
DNS-ADI servers.

The error persisted from 8/9/06 1:00AM to 8/9/06 8:00AM, when I restarted
the DNS-ADI01 server and problem went away.
Clients complained that certain Unix based applications behaved slowly.
Access to proxy servers prompted for authentication.

Anyone is familiar with problem below ? After the restart, everything seems
to be working fine and problem was not reproduced.
My major frustration is that DNS-ADI-01 continued to respond to DNS queries
and did not failover services to DNS-ADI-02 server.

Event 4015, source:DNS

The DNS server has encountered a critical error from the Active Directory.
Check that the Active Directory is functioning properly. The extended error
debug information (which may be empty) is "000020E6: SvcErr: DSID-031403E5,
problem 5012 (DIR_ERROR), data 2". The event data contains the error.
