Hello,
Our DHCP servers are currently configured to attempt to perform DDNS
registration for clients that obtain leases from DHCP. The clients
themselves are configured to perform DDNS registration. The DDNS
registration from the DHCP server is not needed and is generating a ton of
uneccessary DDNS registration traffic. Our DHCP logs are filling up with DNS
update requests and pausing after an hour each day.

I am trying to recreate this problem in a lab environment to verify
settings, but cant get the desired DNS update requests to show up in the DHCP
audit log.

Can someone shed some light on what I need to check to disable DHCP DDNS
registration?

TIA,
Sobo
