Hi All,

we have a forest with a domain and 2 child domains.

There are 2 domain controllers per domain, and all of them host DNS, which
has forward lookup zone for the forest domain, and is AD intergrated on all
DNS servers, replicated in the whole forest.

Now, for one of the child domains there are only 2 records (for the 2 domain
controllers), but not for other machines?

(for the another child domain everything is there)

Is it a permission problem, any ideas?

Thanx in advance!

Regards,
Zoran

In fact, I cannot choose "to all DNS servers in the forest" - could that be
the cause of the problem?

If I try to change the zones replication scope, then I get this error:

The replication scope could not be set. For more information, see "DNS zone
replication in Active Directory" in Help and Support. The error was: The
name limit for the local computeer network adapter card was exceeded".

Regards,
Zoran
