DNS Updates from DHCP

According to my DHCPSrvlog I am having some trouble updating DNS from DHCP.
Here is an example of what I am seeing in the event log:
31,10/16/08,14:58:42,DNS Update
Failed,10.110.10.71,compname.domainname.com,-1,
Here is an example of what I am seeing in the event log:
31,10/16/08,14:58:42,DNS Update
Failed,10.110.10.71,compname.domainname.com,-1,
It isnt for all entries. Most update successfully. Has anyone seen this
before or have any suggestions. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Snow,
it sounds like there are permission issues. Wich account does the
DHCP-service use? Did you allow only secure dynamic DNS-updates in the
properties of your DNS-zones?
