The only changes I made were to the external address used by the Firebox
firewall- it now points to a new Cisco box from the T1 people,
Broadviewnet.net.
We get lots of : "The DNS server encountered a packet addressed to itself
on IP address 192.168.1.120. The packet is for the DNS name
"ns2.ixwebhosting.com.". The packet will be discarded. This condition
usually indicates a configuration error."
The forwarders list in the DNS is fine, ditto the other issues MS help
suggests.
The SBS server is doing routing, and it all looks good.
Ipconfig on the server shows:

There must be a significance of the name "ns2.ixwebhosting.com." to you, it
is apparent to me that you have a stub zone or delegation with this name
server in it, and when your DNS tries to use it, the packet comes right back
to you. It is also possible that this name is in your Root Hints list, and
it is resolved to 192.168.1.120.
On a side note-
You said this server has 2 NICs, but the ipconfig /all lists three, and two
are on the same subnet, both with NetBIOS enabled. This can really mess up
routing and NetBIOS resolution. If you have two NICs connected to the same
physical Network, they should be on different IP subnets, or they should be
Teamed. Otherwise, disconnect and disable one of those NICs.
