Settin up a Second DNS Server

Hi,

I need adivce on the folllowing:

I have currently have mutiple DCs' on my network each for a particular
subnet. I have currently setup a new subnet with a new DC all part of the
same domain, however when you setup a new DC part of domian environment the
machine does not setup DNS automatically. So i ran the DNS option witin
Windows Components. DNS is now pointing to the Active Diretory. however I
having problems when i run the recurisve test within the DNS it "fails". The
simple test fails.
Any idea what has happen or how can I rectify this problem.
