Delegating access to DNS records

Hi,

Im trying to delegate rights to our helpdesk team to be able to update,
create and delete records on our DNS server. Ive added in a group that
contains all the user accounts for the helpdesk team to the security tab on
our DNS server. I can create a host record as them and delete their own
records but they cannot delete any records created by anyone else.

Ive also tried to add them to domain admins as well but still no joy!
