Hello,

Everyone in my LAN, started to have a problem browsing the internet. In one
minute a lot of people get "this page can not be dipslayed" message from the
browser, next minute it would be ok, or some times slow. The company who
provide our IP and hosting service says, some of their DNS servers are over
loaded, and I must add their cashing server IP address.
My question is, where do I add the external DNS server IP address, so that
all the user who login to Active Director have no problem with their browsing?
(Ping, and IP based access to and from LAN is Ok, just browsing, all of
sudden started to give problem.)

I have ns2, and ns3 records in my DNS-->Forward lookup zone, pointing to old
(providers) DNS

I have 2 internal DNS servers (domain controllers), and all my workstations
are loging into windows domain no problem.
Help is appreciated

Normally these replace whatever you have in your forwarders.

Jeff,
I did not understand what you are suggesting.
Where do I add/change external DNS records in my local DNS servers, so the
browser will have no problem browsing outside world.

See:
How to configure DNS for Internet access in Windows 2000

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;300202

The section on configuring forwarders directs you to the appropriate place
in your DNS snapin to set up forwarders. It sounds like they want you to
replace the server IP addresses already set up in your forwarders with their
caching server IP address.

One more question.
Can I add more then 2 DNS forward records in my DNS, and leave existing
forwarders in place?

Yes you can. I would put their caching server first on the list.
