DCDIAG errors

I can't seem to fix the errors reported in DCDIAG on my only 2003 domain controller. I have tried the /recreatemachineaccount and /fixmachineaccount options but neither seem to do anything other than providing the report. Here is the output of DCDIAG on my machine:
