Hi, well I'm testing windows server 2003 on a stand-alone
server. I installed the Active Directory role, and the DNS
server role. However, when I open Active Directory Users
and Computers (MMC),I get a message stating my server is
not operational. I checked event viewer and I recieved
event ids 1126 on the Directory Services Log, and 4015 on
the DNS server Log. I can't seem to understand how this is
possible considering, it's all on the same computer. If
anyone has any suggestions, on how to troubleshoot this
problem, please help. Thanks

Can you post an ipconfig /all?
Take a look at this:
