Hello Simon,
Make sure disable replication from both sides , then remove the
targets\links from dfs, unshare the folders, then delete

Hello,
Do you have the proper permissions on the folder? Check the permissions and
and make sure you have full control. You can also make sure there are no
replicas of the folders still in dfs. to do this export dfs and search for
the removed targets\links

dfsutil /root:\\<domain name>\<dfs root name> /export:<domain name>.XML.DFS
