Yes, that sounds normal. That was white space. Probably because there
were, at some point, a lot of transactions. Once the transactions are
written, they'll be flushed. That white space will get used up before the
actual size of the DB expands any more though. ESE performs periodic
defragmentation, so the DB would still have been optimised.
