I am getting an invalid namespace error when I try to add
the second node to my Windows Server 2003 cluster. I have
only two nodes and both are configured properly except for
an ip address issue (DHCP config) on the primary cluster.
I get the following error message when it trys to connect.

Error 0x8004100e: invalid namespace

And will not continue on with the adding of the second
node. Any help would be great.

What happens if you specify the IP of the cluster rather than the name?

This sounds like it must be a connectivity issue. Are you able to ping the node to node, cluster name, IP, etc? Are you getting name resolution? How are the NIC's configured etc?

I would recommend double checking all the items in this article and let us know your findings:
