for Windows 2003 it is possible but you need to have the following two:
1) VLAN the public and private networks, still all nodes need to be on the
same network
2) Have a storage replication solution from your storage vendor (unless you
cluster Exchange CCR)
for Windows 2008:
1) no need for VLAN as 2008 supports multiple subnets. (please be carefull
that your application is supporting this as well, example: SQL server does
not support this, and then you need to VLAN the networks again)
2) you still need a storage replication solution from your storage vendore
(again, unless you cluster Exchange CCR)

most storage vendors have hardware based replication solutions, and software
to integrate this with Failover Clustering
then you have software replication soloutions which integrates with Failover
Clustering
(such as the one Lee is mentioning)
It is probably worthwhile talking to both software as hardware vendors, and
compare the functionality with your actual requirements
