Info Request - Merge two AD Domains...

Where can I find information that could help me with the
merge of two AD Domains. Basically, we have two seperate
domains that we would like to combine into one forest.
One being the master domain and another being a sub
domain. The names of both domains will allow for this
with ease, however I don't know where to begin...

I failed to mention that I am hopeful to merge an
existing 2000 domain onto a new 2003 domain. I will read
both documents.

For example:

ihope.thisispossible.com (2000 domain)

onto

thisispossible.com (2003 domain)
