Replications problems help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am getting event code 1411 for ds replication. below is from the event
log. How do I resolve this?

principal name (SPN) for the following domain controller.

The call was denied. Communication with this domain controller might be

Go into DNS and determine what DC this is. you will find this entry in
_MSDCS.forest.root
Then open up ADSIEDIT on the DC generating this error.
browse to
cn=configuration,cn=sites,cn=(sitename),cn=server,cn=(enterDCnamehere)
access the properties of this object.
browse to the serverReference attribute.
is it blank or incorrect?
it should have an entry that points to the DCs LDAP DN.
cn=enterDCnamehere,ou=domain
controllers,dc=enterdomainnamehere,dc=enterrootdomainnamehere
