No, as Windows server 2008 R2 doesn't have the "Removable storage manager"
which is a requirement for the Utility to run. The Removable storage manager
is not longer available in WIndows 7 or Windows server 2008 R2.

I tested it on Windows Server 2008 R2 and it prompted to install the "Removable
storage manager" before. But this one isn't included any longer in Windows
server 2008 R2 or Windows 7.
