Scripting Home folders

I have multiple user accounts setup in a specific OU under
users. I want to create user folders for them. Is their a
script I can run that can target that ou/users folders and
add under home folder [ connect to H: , then
\\server_name\users\%username% ] in each users profile?

Whats the best way for me to accomplish this so that it
creates the folder and adds permissions for each user?
