I am getting the following error:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: NtFrs
Event Category: None
Event ID: 13570
Date: 1/24/2007
Time: 3:00:11 PM
User: N/A
Computer: DC1
Description:
The File Replication Service has detected that the volume hosting the path
C: is low on disk space. Files may not replicate until disk space is made
available on this volume.

The available space on the volume can be found by typing "dir /a C:".

For more information about managing space on a volume type "copy /?",
"rename /?", "del /?", "rmdir /?", and "dir /?".

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

My ntds.dit is 45MB and my sysvol size is 45MB. I have tried moving the
sysvol to another larger drive and that didn't work (I got the error stating
that that drive was out of room but it had over 200GB on it. I'm out of
options here and would appreciate any help before I pick up the phone and
contact the boyz at MS.

Why would I have to move/relocate them if I have 2GB free of disk space and
the files I have total only approximately 110MB??

I'm sorry I though that was your gold.
Tell me are you using disk quotas?
are you using DFS on that DC, if yes where is your staging folder?

Disk quotas are being used on a separate physical drive (not the system
drive).
DFS are located on 2 member servers for redundancy.

weird, the message suggests lack of disk space, if you have enough disk
space, you shouldn't get that message, unless, you're using some protection
space tool, like disk quota, or something... to limit the disk space.

Yeah I'm beginning to wonder if I have disk quotas enabled on one drive and
not the other if that is causing this to happen...

YOU could correct this error and the best way to solve the problem is extend the C partition, there are several software could do this like AOMEI Partition Assistant and Gparted and so on, you could allocate some free space to C by this way: http://www.extend-partition.com/help/allocate-free-space.html
