Hello,

I am trying to enable event forwarding from one DC to another. I have
run winrm quickconfig on the source dc and wecutil qc on the collector.
Also I have added the admin account that I am using to the Event Log
readers of the source pc however in the subscription when I clic
runtime status I get (0x5): Access is denied and no events are
forwarded.

Thank yoo

Hello aconti,

Check the following site to see if everything is configured correct:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb870973(VS.85).aspx

Do you use elevated privileges:

The operation failed because: Managing the network session with
server1.domain.local failed
"Logon failure:unknown user name or bad password."

Hello aconti,

Please describe more detailed your domain setup, single forest domain, single
site or multiple ones? Also post an uneditd ipconfig /all from the DC/DNS
and the server you like to promote to RODC.

Best regards
