album art problems MCE2005

I ran AV album art fixer which supposedly solves any problems with library
entries which are not correct. Since I ran the program MCE2005 will not show
album art. In MCE if I select "albums" all the covers show. If I select an
album the cover will also show in "album details" but if I select a track
and play it there is only a large black square where the album art should
be. In WMP11 all the covers show correctly in the library view and in "Now
playing". All the tracks are .wma and in each have "Folder" and
"AlbumArtSmall" In addition some albums have additional items - e.g.
AlbumArt_{DFCC3A9A-5AE8-488E-9A67-38198DCA445E}_Large and
AlbumArt_{DFCC3A9A-5AE8-488E-9A67-38198DCA445E}_Small

There is also "desktop" and "thumbs" in some of them. The Folder/Album art
large JPEGS are 200x200 and the small equivalents are 75x75

Please would anyone be able to tell me what MCE requires to show covers and
how to make this work again?
