If restore disk(s) came with your computer contact the computer manufacturer
to purchase a new set.
If your computer came with a restore partition and you did not make a copy
of it then follow the instructions that came with the computer to restore
the computer to its original state.

If your computer has a Recovery Partition then You can restore your
computer to its factory default setting from an image stored in a hidden
partition or a Recovery Partition.

Are we to guess the make and model of your PC?

The restore process is different for every manufacturer, some provide disks,
some have a program to create the disks, some (as mentioned) have a restore
partition accessed by pressing a certain key at startup, some just provide
the OS on disks.

Not much else to tell you without more info.
