HTPC incl. DVB-S Twin receiver and windows operating system

Hello,
I´m looking for a HTPC which has following features:
• Windows as operating system
• DVB-S Twin receiver
• At least 1 GB RAM
• HDMI
• LAN
• At least 250 GB HDD
• Remote keyboard
• Remote control
• Live tv
• EPG
• Recording possibility
Nice to have features:
• DVB-S2
• BlueRay
I would prefer a standard HTPC from manufacturer like Asus, Acer, HP, Sony etc. instead an individual configured PC. Could you give me any recommendation. I was not able to find an appropriate HTPC. It could be also an old model which I may can buy through ebay.
Today I have an Acer Aspire iDea 510 with Windows XP and MCE and I´m really satisfied with this system. However I will move in a new apartment and DVB-T is not available anymore, I have to switch to DVB-S. Could it be also an option to reconfigure my existing Acer PC for DVB-S? However I think MCE for Windows XP is not supporting DVB-S. If it costs too much I would prefer a new system.

Does anyboday has an idea which standard HTPC would fit to my needs.
