HTPC Build Suggestions

Hi Everyone
I need some suggestions for a HTPC I am going to build, my budjet is $1500
and it also going to be for gaming.

You may find that these uses are not entirely compatible.
A HTPC does not need a lot of computing grunt so components are chosen to be
quiet rather than powerful.
Gamers on the other hand usually want the latest and greatest over clocked
video cards and CPUs, which means a need for added (noisier) cooling so the
system won't overheat.

Thank you for the advice, I would be doing only light gaming, so I would get
a Graphics Card that is passively cooled and uses a heartsink instead of a
fan so it would generate no noise, and a AMD Athlon II processor with a
passive heart sink so it would be silent.
