Win7MC – quick DVB-C channel search

It seems cable companies use a way to send out location of the channels, so
the tuners can scan for channels very fast and even still tune to the right
frequency if the provider has moved the channel to another frequency.

For example, with my provider here, with most TV sets I only have to enter
the frequency of the first QAM channel (143 MHz) together with the symbol
rate and QAM64 modulation. Then the TV finds all other QAM channels very
quickly.

Win7MC should be able use the same protocols to quickly find all channels
and track if channels change.
