Can't download file from Device

Hi,
I installed Windows Live Sync on my Home Desktop (Windows 7) and I'm trying
to access my home files from my office (Windows 7).
I log in to Windows Live and go to Sync where I can see My Home computer
under "Devices" and Remote Access is Enabled.
I can see all of My Documents, hardisks and everything when I browse my Home
Computer, but I can't download or open any file.
I always get an Error message: (Unable to download "file name" from
sync.live.com.
Unable to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable
or cannot be found. Please try again Later)
What is the reason?
