Can you try following on your PCs and Mac to identify long filename(exceed
255 characters *including path*)?
PC:
1. run cmd
2. cd to the folders that Sync is configured to sync. say cd "C:\Documents
and Settings\<user>\Favorites"
3. run "dir /b /s > c:\filelist.txt"
4. notepad c:\filelist.txt
5. search for long filename including path
6. repeat 2 ~ 5 per each folder
Mac:
1. open Terminal window
2. cd to the folders that Sync is configured to sync
3. run "ls * > ~/Desktop/filelist.txt
4. Go to Desktop and open filelist.txt
5. search for long filename including path
6. repeat 2 ~ 5 per each folder
Rename to shorter name if any, then retry to connect to the folders via
website.
Thanks!
