Sync will not log in. I enter my login detail and it tries to verify ID but
nothing happens. If i log on to the web site I can see the computer but
cannot access it.
It was working fine until my virus software updated.
Even after a complete uninstall of the virus software i was unable to
reactivate Sync.
Can you help? Thnaks

Have you tried uninstalling Windows Live Sync and reinstalling it? (Also
removing the PC from the Live Sync web management page)

What a/v software was updated? It sounds like it might be a firewall issue.

I am having the same issue on one computer out of 4. I have unistalled and
reinstalled 2 times, and suspended my firewalls. My other comuter shows this
one signed in but it is just not syncing.

Glad to read that you fixed it. That was going to be my next question - when you
uninstall and reinstall, removing the machine from your list at
http://sync.live.com before the reinstall is a good idea.
For future reference, since these newsgroups will be closing shortly, there are
forums for Windows Live products and services, including Live Sync, located at
http://windowslivehelp.com
