not everything in folder

When trying to sync a daily speadsheet folder, only parts of it are
available. There are sheets for each day of the week in the folder from the
file owner's Mac but when sync-ed with my Mac it seems to lose Wednesday.
Have tried numerous times to re-send but always shows Wednesday missing. Any
thoughts?
