for a group of Messenger users chatting together in real time. Maybe you

We have been using the group feature for years, but recently it has started acting up on us. Sometimes messages don't post but there are no errors so the sender thinks no one is responding when really, no one in the group can see the message. It will also randomly show that people have left the conversation or have been added to the conversation but they have not logged out or closed the message. For example, one person is out of the office today and while we were doing a group chat, it showed she had left the conversation and been added to the conversation 3 times yet when you look at her in the main window, it shows her status as away. I don't know if anyone will see this, but I figured it was worth a shot to post it.
