MSN Live Messenger works with no Hotmail Account?

Hello.

I have one question.
I want to ask if i can use my GMX Email-Adresse instead of the Hotmail
Adress !?
I want to use only one Email Adress.
I saw that people have log on in Live Messenger with another Email Account
like Freenet etc.
Can you help me?

Yes, you don't need a Hotmail account. Just register your e-mail address here:
https://accountservices.passport.net/reg.srf

and then you can just sign in with it.
