How may I transfer all e-mails from Windows Live Mail to Outlook 2007? Is

If on the same computer, just do File-Export within WLM and choose the
"Exchange" option...

I apologize in advance for the dumb question (and I have searched the forum
first) but I can't for the life of me find the "FILE" menu to do the file -
export - exchange operation. I am running Windows Live Mail 2009 (build
14...) on Win7 and I do not see any of the traditional file, edit toolbar
options. Can anyone direct me to them? I am trying to import my already set
up pop and imap accounts into OL 2007. I would appreciate the help! Thank
you.

DUH! I guess you have to post an embarrassing question for all to see before
you find the answer... I'm on a netbook and had selected "hide menu bar" to
give me more desktop space. So, if you are as goofy as me and can't find
your menu bar, click on the icon between the colorizer and the help icon and
unhide your menu bar! I'm so embarrassed... :)

WLM exports accounts to an iaf file.

Outlook 2007 does not import iaf files nor does it import account settings from WLM
- it does import account settings from OE and Vista's Windows Mail

In Outlook 2007, it is less effort to create the accounts manually rather than export to an iaf from WLM, import into OE/WM, then
import from OE/WM into OL07.

I also keep the menu bar hidden in order to have more message space.
I find it easier to get a one-shot return of the menu bar by pressing Alt.
