Daniel,

First of all, this is a peer to peer forum, not a feedback mechanism for product improvement on any Msft product.

One could say you're in the right church, but wrong pew.
- ie. this is a forum for Windows Live Mail Desktop which is a stand-alone email client not Windows Live Hotmail which is a web
interface accessed via a browser(mail.live.com)

Depending upon your type of account, fyi and future reference, the options below are available for Windows Live Hotmail

Feedback on Windows Live Hotmail
https://feedback.live.com/?mkt=en-us&productkey=wlmail

Windows Live Hotmail Support
Hotmail Online Solutions Center
- requires creation of a username/pw that will also be linked to a Live ID
- Live ID username is **Not** visible to the public
- Do **Not** use the same password for the Solution Center Account that's used for your Live ID

Windows Live Hotmail Plus Support(subscription accounts only)
https://support.live.com/default.aspx?productkey=wlmailplus
- A Hotmail Plus(subscription/fee-based) account is entitled to:
Customer Service: Chat, Email and Phone Support
Technical Support: Email
or
https://support.live.com/default.aspx?mkt=en-us&productkey=wlmailplus&wa=wsignin1.0
- signon and select from the options menu
or
https://support.live.com/signin.aspx?productKey=wlmailplus
- click on 'Sign In', enter full username/password, select from the options menu

Note: all the above for a Hotmail Plus yield the same logon page and end result

Good luck!
