How to get back to my old Hotmail account

Can anyone please advise me how I can log back onto my old Hotmail account
where I have a lot of important e-mails and business to attend to. Whoever
invented this 'Live' crap should be fired....
I need to get back into my old Hotmail account a.s.a.p.

That's not WINDOWS Live Mail - that's Live Hotmail. All Hotmail accounts
(AFAIK) have been converted to Live Hotmail accounts.
Nothing you can do - just live with it.

Your old email should be there; assuming you are logging in with the same
username and password you were using before. All of my old email, back to
2004, or so, when I first set up that Hotmail account, are certainly still
there. Even though I've been migrated to the new "Windows Live Hotmail".
