The hard of hearing need not scream at others who hear just fine.

They are trying to hear themselves talk as they once did but don't realize
it's louder now.

Or if you think about it, it could be a case of the vision going away. They
can't see as sharp as the once did and now use caps to help in the vision
and the result is that they are yelling.

Whatever the case may be, the e-mail newsgroup is not the place to get
assistance.
