My account was hijacked and erroneous emails were sent out to my entire contact list. So after alerting hotmail by email of this I sent a mass email out to over 150 contacts to disregard the email in case it was a virus. I think that hotmail thought that I was sending out SPAM and then closed my account. I have sent several emails with all of this information to hotmail with an alternative contact email but have not heard back yet. I have a support ticket number but no one to speak to about it. It is imperative that my account is reinstating so I can continue doing business and just living my life. I am very frustrated not being able to speak to someone in support about this situation. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
