Your Hotmail account may be your default email account but it sounds like
Windows Live Mail is your default Mail Client. As such, I'm passing you on
to the Windows Live Mail-specific newsgroup via crosspost.

Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) in your
next reply to this thread (and continue the crosspost, too).

I use hotmail with Windows Live Mail client. Nothing changed.

This thread is now available in both MSN Discussion and Windows Live Mail
(WLMail) newsgroups. (I did not forward your identical post in Internet
Mail newsgroup to the WLMail newsgroup.)

If you have any further questions about using your MSN/Hotmail account in
WLMail, ask them in a reply to this thread or in a new thread in the WLMail
newsgroup: microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop

AFAIK, your MSN/Hotmail address will not change if you use it in WLMail.
