are u sure about that coz im trying to get hotmail plus account and i couldnt
find anyplace to have it except from UK and HOLLAND sites. There i cannot put
my billing info right coz the country section is stable as Holland or UK
altough my billing address is different.

It may not be available in all countries nor may it allow a credit card from
a different country in the permitted locations.
