Can't get Hotmail.

New to WLM
I have windows XP with SP2
Used OE6.
Now when I try to change over - I can log on to my POP mail, but then I get
the following message for Hotmail.

"Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (*****_) account. Sorry,
we were unable to sign you in to Windows Live ID at this time. Please try
again later.

Server Error: 0x80048820
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80048820"

The Hotmail servers have been having problems lately. Does it help
to try again at least an hour later?

Full email address user...@hotmail.com in the accounts properties in both the email address(General tab) and Login ID field
(Server Tab).?
Password correct ?

Hotmail account in WLM created manually or migrated ?
- Have you tried the former ?

I've been having trouble with Hotmail since last night. I have several
accounts for different purposes and when I try to log into one, it either
runs too slow or I get an error message that the connection was reset. Why
is that?

It was migrated - but having this problem ever since I installed this
program - several days.

To manually create an email account
Tools/Accounts/Add
or
Export the account from another client as an iaf file, then use that file to import into WLM(Tools/Account/Import)

And the other two questions asked ?
