I set up my mail, contacts & calendar for my non-windows live mail email
address on my desktop and everything was fine.
I created a new email address with windows live mail on-line and everything
was fine.
I added the new, windows live email account to my wlm on the desktop, and
everything WAS NOT FINE - all of my contacts and calendars "disappeared".
I have no contacts or calendars on-line and want to keep it that way.
I found the recommendation to set TOOLS/OPTIONS/CONNECTION/ to "Stop signing
in" and did that.
My contacts came back.
My calendars did not.
How do I get my Calendars back?
Thanks!

a) contacts associated with a specific Live ID
b) default contacts not associated with a Live Id
c) a calendar associated with a Live ID
d) a default calendar not associated with a live ID.
(I'm not sure about that last one, since I don't use the calendar feature.)
You apparently created your calendar while you had Windows Live Mail
signing in to your Live ID. When you stopped signing in, it disassociated
your Windows Live Mail from that calendar.

You might try copying the calendar database file from the Live ID folder to the default Calendar DBStore folder
- WLCalendarStore.edb
Though iirc earlier testing, you might get an error when opening WLM.
