I am having problems with newly installed Windows Live Hotmail. First I
cant find how to get instructional help. Secondly, I can not get messages
deleted from my "In box".
Can anyone help

Are you referring to WL Hotmail or WL Mail? Just want to clarify since
"installing" implies that you have a mail client on your machine and aren't
using the web app.

If you are referring to Hotmail and not WL Mail, you might want to try their
support site:

I'm referring to WLHotmail. Am totally frustrated with it because nothing
in it seems to work. And I can't find where Microsoft cares enough to put a
help or instruction link on the pages. Is there a way for me to go back to
the old Hotmail or are they going to change all hotmail accounts to the new
program?? Thanks for any assistance.

After logging in to your Live Hotmail there should be a link
"Switch to classic" in the lower left corner.
