After a long interval of telling me that I " don't have an In-box yet " but
unable to register my new ID, I finally have my new Hotmail.com, and the
first try ran well. BUT, after I shut it down and re-opened it, I cannot get
through any more. I had be staring at a BLANK window for 5 min. and nothing
happened. Not only that, it took a lot of clickings to close the blank
window. The red X could get it closed. What has been happening in MS ?

However, for some reason WLM is telling me I should install a Chinese
language pack to view your post. I see you have .ca in your header but
the post itself looks OK. Anybody else seeing this?

t-4-2 tends to post using the "big5" character set, which is often used by
Chinese posters. I haven't been prompted to install a Chinese language pack.
