Live Mail is sending Spam from my account

I am having a problem where spam is being sent from my account. I have no
contacts listed on my account and I am not personally sending these emails.
Any idea what is going on.

Would this be a Hotmail account?
Are they being sent from your account or sent with your email address?

Sure...
1. your address book or another's address book that contained your email address was hijacked and is being by spoofing the
originating email source as if it came from you.
or
2. Your email account has been compromised.

For the former...scan your system to ensure it is not infected, for the latter do the same and change your accounts password.

Don't sweat it. Assuming we can believe the header
X-Originating-IP: [115.49.85.139]
those messages are originating from China.
Your account has not been compromised, it's merely a spammer using
your email address as his From address, so he doesn't have to deal with
all the bounces. He will soon start using a different From address.
