Every time i send a photo message i get an error message. saying i need to go
to hot mail and log on then off,when i do its still doesnt work!

How do you get that message? E.g. is it a URL?
Also it is probably pertinent to know what type of mail account you are trying
this with.

Logging on makes sense to me but logging off sounds odd.
Have you retried your problem scenario while staying logged on?
