Hotmail Account is working

Hey there, my sisters hotmail account is not working at all. It is like lost
or deleted. Due to this problem she can not log in MSN, facebook and email
account. The error is about invalid username or password but she is sure that
they are correct! What can we do about that guys?

yeah but it wont let me log in at all to change any passwords. Is everything
lost?

Hotmail questions have traditionally been addressed at
microsoft.public.msn.discussion, microsoft.public.internet.mail,
microsoft.public.es.msn.hotmail and microsoft.public.fr.msn.hotmail.

If one can't logon, an nntp newsgroup is unlikely to provide any level of success beyond opening a support ticket in the Hotmail
Help Center or via support.live.com
