Serious Hotmail issue:

I have a Dell Dimension 8200 with XP SP2, with DSL
and use hotmail for my email.

Recently, I found that whenever I reply to someone and then check my
sent messages it's blank! This has happened several times. I've had a
couple of people email me back saying that there was nothing in my
emails!@!

Robert, you're in the wrong newsgroup. If you visit
microsoft.public.msn.discussion, you will see that many people have been
having the same problem recently (and the one you also reported here about
the size of composition windows). No-one seems to know why, and Microsoft's
silence on the issue is deafening. It's a server side thing, and you can
only hope they get it fixed soon.

Thanks Noel,
I appreciate the information. I didn't realize there were so many
Groups for each and every topic. I wish they would just leave Hotmail
alone and stop messing around with it and adding more bells and
whistles. Sometimes change isn't for the better and this is a case in
point.

If Hotmail is configured properly to Save Sent messages, I'll save you the hassle of reading my same response in the
public.msn.discussion newsgroup.

Start an incident report by contacting Hotmail Support.
If you've a free account, email is the only contact option, if Hotmail Plus($20 and also pop3 capable) email and chat is available
