XP Pro Version 2002 SP3
Windows Live Mail 14.0.8064.0206

I installed WLM last night. During installation, WLM imported all settings
of my 5 email accounts (1 personal and 4 Hotmail) from Outlook Express, so I
don't have to set up anything myself. I made a test. It was able to send
and receive messages right after installation.

Today upto this writing, I'm only able to send and receive mails for my
personal email account.

The error messages for all 4 Hotmail accounts is:

Server Error: 404
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80194194

Please help. Thanks.

The complete error message is:

Unable to send or receive messages for the XXXXX (Hotmail) account. To send
and receive messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com
on the Web, or try again later. To get help from Windows Live Customer
Support, go to http://support.live.com and click Windows Live Mail in the
list of services.

Server Error: 404
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80194194

----------------------

Also, the settings for my Hotmail accounts in WLM now (imported from Outlook
Express during installation of WLM):

Server information
My mail server is an HTTP server
Server URL: http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp

That's it. Is the setting correct?
Thanks.

No, and that might well be the cause of your problem. Change the
server in the account properties to the one in the error message and
try again.
