All of a sudden the Quick View Folds (All Unread, All Sent, All Flagged,
etc.) are empty in WLM. This feature has been working, but all of a sudden
it stopped. Is there a way to fix this?

Since you are still using the outdated version of WLMail (12.0.1606), you will experience the 'Broken Quick views' bug when you delete a folder (in an Account or under Storage folders), if a Feed is deleted, or if you un-subscribe from a Newsgroup.

To repair the broken Quick views, delete the Registry Value "SearchFolderVersion" under the Registry Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail. This will cause WLMail to rebuild its Quick view data store when it is next started.

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest version of WLMail, in which this bug has been mostly fixed. In the 14x versions, the Quick views data store is automatically rebuilt after five starts of WLMail, however it is now very rare for them to break.

The latest version of WLMail and other Windows Live Essential programs can be found at http://download.live.com/

When upgrading WLM, will I have to set up all my email accounts again? Will
I loose all the storage folders I created along with their contents?

No, everything should be as it was before the upgrade.

However, to be sure, backup everything first. See my previous post about this ('Quick View Folders are empty')

Have you closed WLM, ended process on wlmail.exe in Task Manager, and reopened ?

All of a sudden I have the same issue. I have tried to restore, but nothing
seems to work. My in boxes work, but not the Quick Views.
